Our freight providers deliver to business or residential addresses - Monday to saturday 9:30am - 5pm

You will be able to trace your delivery online with a unique tracking number which will be emailed to you once the item is dispatched.

*Note: Delivery times are as provided by our carriers and are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods, and due to factors outside the carriers control.

If you are not at the address on the delivery date to sign for the item, a card from the freight company will be left containing the details to contact them and arrange for pick up or re-delivery. indiabazaar is not liable for any cost relating to re-delivery as a result of the recipient not being at the delivery address on the delivery date.

A re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to the indiabazaar due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9:30am to 5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Please do not use P.O. Box addresses, unless ordering spares and accessories. Most items are sent via courier and require a street address for delivery. It is necessary to provide a contact telephone number for delivery purposes.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at indiabazaar . If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)

Your name and address

A description of the item you are returning

Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
